11ak is an online gaming platform that offers cricket betting, slot games, fishing games, bingo, and live casino services for players in Bangladesh. The terms and conditions described in this document ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 11ak and you ("User" or "Player").

2.2 Account Registration

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and, if discovered, may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential is entirely your responsibility. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account, whether authorised or not. 2.4 Account Closure & Suspension

11ak reserves the right to close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods can be used to deposit funds at 11ak: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka), and this limit applies equally across all methods.

The user bears partial responsibility for ensuring that deposited amounts are correctly credited. If your balance is not updated after a transaction is completed, notify our support team immediately with a screenshot of the transaction.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests generally take 5 to 30 minutes to process. Your account must have sufficient funds at the time of withdrawal, and all active bonus wagering requirements must be met.

The withdrawal method must match the deposit method. Withdrawals via a different method are generally not permitted, though the support team may assist in special circumstances. 11ak may delay processing unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests until they are verified.

3.3 Transaction Verification

Before any large withdrawal, 11ak may request identity verification (KYC). This may require a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in the withdrawal being put on hold.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

11ak offers new players a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, adding ৳2,500 in total to your account. Depositing ৳8,000 earns a ৳5,000 bonus, bringing the total to ৳13,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. For example, the wagering requirement on a ৳1,500 bonus is ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500. This means ৳37,500 worth of bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used to play games on the platform.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Each bonus offer is available only once per household, address, device, or IP address.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 11ak reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any related winnings.
• Promotions and bonus offers may change and can be withdrawn at any time.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

5.4 Betting Rules

When placing bets in the cricket or sports betting section, the specific rules of each market apply. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded or settled according to established policy. 11ak reserves the right to void bets in cases where clearly incorrect odds were offered.
